About Stephanie

My professional journey has been built on a foundation of mentorship and guidance, shaped by over a decade of experience and a passion for helping others succeed. My career began in banking, and I later spent ten years in an industry, culminating in roles as a technical advisor, director, and lobbyist. This experience honed my ability to navigate complex challenges, build strong relationships, and communicate effectively—skills that are essential to successful mentorship. I hold a degree in business from Concordia University, which provided me with a strong understanding of the strategies and principles that drive success.

My commitment to giving back extends beyond my career. For nearly three years, I served as a Certified Senior Mentor at the MUHC’s Allan Memorial Institute, offering one-on-one support to help individuals develop crucial life skills and break down the stigma of mental illness. I also had the privilege of serving as an Entrepreneur Mentor with Réseau Mentorat, where I guided fellow entrepreneurs through the challenges of growing a business.

These diverse experiences—from industry boardrooms to the quiet halls of the hospital—have given me a unique perspective on what it takes to be an effective mentor. I believe that true mentorship is a collaborative journey focused on building trust, fostering resilience, and empowering others to navigate their unique challenges. My goal is to use my blend of professional expertise and personal commitment to help you achieve your full potential.
